THINKING PATTERN

Our life is a pure reflection of our thinking pattern. Its not only about thinking positive but actually believing in WHAT you think. The greatest compass that every human being have is our inner feeling.
If you are not aligned with your higher conscious, you can definitely sense it.I'm sure sometimes you would have experienced, a strange feeling from your inner heart which says 'something is just not right' .This feeling is purely your inner consciousness telling your mind that "Hey, this is not right ..don't do it"

For an example, assuming you are a working adult and some how you have overlooked a task given by your boss and the next morning you will have to report to him.Under normal circumstances, everyone will freak out, most likely you will be thinking about what's going to happen tomorrow .You might think of scenarios as if you are getting scolding from your boss, your boss chasing you out of the room and all sorts of things. The actually fact is all these are merely your assumptions. When you 'think' , you will also indirectly imagine or visualize whats going to happen in the office tomorrow. Basically you will have a mind picture of your own thoughts and without realizing you would have VISUALIZED it.

"VISUALIZATION" is one of the powerful tool in Law of Attraction.More often when you think of this sort of negative scenario (the office example), you will have strong emotions tied to your thoughts.Emotions such as "FEAR", "ANXIETY","HATRED", "ANGER" and etc. When you have an EMOTIONS tied to your THOUGHT & VISUALIZATION,you will definitely attract it.That's what Law of Attraction is all about.Well there is more to it but the basic principles are
THOUGHT+VISUALIZATION+EMOTION=MATERIALIZATION

So most of the time, without realizing, you are actually attracting all these negative scenarios in your life and it all starts from your own 'assumption'

All of us have a CHOICE..A choice to think positively or to at least assume positively.

Bob Proctor (who was featured in the movie SECRET) use to quote a great example. He says that when you look at a child, somehow all the worries that you have in your mind, your negative thoughts & the fear feeling fades away in split seconds. How does that happen ? Because when you look at a child, you mind picture & your emotion automatically changes.Basically when you see a child, the immediate emotions that you will have or experience is LOVE & COMPASSION.So when you have these feelings as an underlying principle, the whole scenario in your mind changes.Your focus will be 100 % towards the child, his cuteness, his smile and etc.So with immediate effect, you have disconnected all the negative thoughts in your mind and activated the positive thought. So this is a simple example to prove that 'IT IS POSSIBLE' to change your thought immediately, if you CHOOSE to.

Now this boils down to the next question,
HOW DO I DO THAT?
How can I be aware of my negative thought & assumptions ?

These awareness of thinking in the right way will pop up more often when you meditate.
Meditation clear the fog in your mind, quieten the noise 'inside' your mind
When you mind is quiet, you hear your voice within clearly & when you start to listen to your voice within often, it give you clearer direction of life..

These voice within or intuition will be louder & clearer ..if you start to acknowledge it..
These exercise to listening to voice within will be more prominent if you start cutting off the noise from outside.Along the way, you tend to only choose what you want to hear. For example, you will choose not to gossip..not to be judgmental and not to assume and etc..

Think about it..you life is in your hands..

There is always OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN

In every scenarios in our lives, there is always another part story which seldom we focus.Often in many cases,we become judgmental. We justify things based on the current scenario, whether is good or bad.We assume things to fast, to soon and we come to a conclusion based on what we see and what we hear.Always be aware that,'There is always the other side of the coin"
Assuming currently we are facing a lot of challenges in life, the fact is there is equal amount growth stored for in the eye of GOD and we have to believe that. Its all in our believe system, always try to look at the positive side of it and BELIEVE that whatever happens,it for the best interest of yourselves and more GOOD news to come.
What you think is what you attract, so if you put your thoughts on the negative side of it, you will definitely attract those negative scenarios in your life and at the same time if you put your thoughts on the positive side of it, that's what you will attract in your life.As a human being, no one knows everything. For an example, you can't predict what's going to happen tomorrow or how is the traffic going to be tomorrow ? We can assume but again its just an 'assumption' but not a fact.So what I'm trying to stress here is always put your thought and focus on the positive side of any scenario and you will experience a new path unfolding before you.

CHANGE : TRAIN

CHANGE is essential in everyone's life.
The successful ones adapt to it and the ones who resist  change will stays as where they are.

Our PHYSICAL BODY is the greatest gift of GOD and its a great example of 'CHANGE AGENT'. When we were born, we were in a small, tender body and as our age catches up our physical body changes accordingly. This is a known fact. You can't stop, control or avoid these changes as its the Law of Nature and that's how GOD has created us.We can't choose to be in our infant 'body" when we are in our forties, right ? It doesn't make sense. So the entire process of 'Change' is an essential element in every creation of GOD.I guess that's why GOD have created us or I would say 'programmed' the human body in such nature to constantly remind us that 'Everything changes'.
Another example which I can think of is the example of Trains.About 100 years back,Locomotive trains were considered as one of the fastest train which can commute a large crowd. So at that point of time, that particular type of train, which is the "Locomotive" train WAS the best.Roughly about 70 years later innovation took place and they invented 'Electric train' and at that time, the Electric train was the best as it super seeded the Locomotive train in all areas such as speed, capacity and etc.As for now,a 'Bullet train' and its the best in train category. So by just looking into the 'train' category we have elevated from "Locomotive train " days to 'Bullet train' days. This is a simple of example of the 'CHANGE' element in the transportation world and obviously its for the betterment of the society.

So the point here is, CHANGE happens consistently and continually without fail and of course technology plays a huge role here. The question here is, HOW we human beings take it and accept it.In my opinion, "Change" is something we should welcome open heatedly rather than resisting it.We should not resist change as by resisting we are moving backwards. We should learn how to adapt and fit in ourselves accordingly. We cant be attached to the 'locomotive' train just because our father is the operator of the train.

Spirituality is an individual journey so we have to THINK,DECIDE & ACT

LIFE JOURNEY: TRAVELLING IN A CAR

Dear Brothers and sisters,

Our life is not a destination but a journey,a journey full of leanings and experiences. So here is a simplest way of HOW I describe life. Its pretty much like a how you travel in a car.A car is basically a vehicle that you use to travel from location A to location B.There are many vehicles available for you to travel, example car, bus, taxi, motorbike and etc but its up to you to choose the vehicles. The irony is at any one point of time, you can choose only one vehicle.Same goes to our life..
Our sole purpose of life is to realize the GOD within us.There are many vehicles available in the world which leads us to self realization and based on my opinion, some of those vehicles are culture, tradition, religion and spiritual practices.End of of the day you have to choose your vehicle towards the path of self realization. So that's an overall view of your life journey but now let to the example.
Let’s just go through our experience of travelling in a car and how can it resemble our life. When we are on the road, driving our car we will pass by many different people along the road, driving different cars, in different colours and driving in a different speed. These are pretty normal thing, rite ? At the same time, you might also see other things besides cars, such as trees at the road side, the road divider, street lamp and etc.In summary you might see quite alot of things in your day to day journey on the road.
Sometimes you might get carried away by the cars that other people drive (I do :-), by the clothing that other people wear and many more which will grab your attention but all these are very 'external' factor.Basically if you to pay extra attention to all these external factors its definitely going to disrupt your focus toward your journey. So the main point here is, if  you want to reach your destination on time, safely and soundly, all you have to do is FOCUS on your driving.Correct ???

Same goes to our lives. In our journey of life, I'm sure we will meet many 'different' kind of people. Some might be kind hearted but some might be completely the opposite. What matters the most is whether WE ARE FOCUSED ON DRIVING OUR CAR PROPERLY so that we can reach our destination as planned."CAR" pretty much resembles our life. Taking about other cars, discussing about other drivers, other things which is beyond your control is not going to help you in reaching your destination.

So basically what I would like to share here is not to put too much of focus on others. The moment you start comparing yourself with others, you will no longer enjoy the journey life. Its will be always a 'competition' driven journey and it will somehow block the your creativity as your thoughts are always on someone else than yourself.

Take things as it comes, all you have to do is BE YOURSELF.

One thing you are crazy about

ONE THING YOU ARE CRAZY ABOUT
Assuming we have a garage and we have 5 awesome ride. Let me tell you my favourites. We have a BMW 5 SERIES,a BENTLEY,a GREEN LAMBORGINI,a FERRARI & a ALFARD (VELLFIRE) - to go marketing :-P

OK now, you have all these 5 car with you. These are yours..These a powerful cars. The point here is:
1) Can you 'FEEL' the car by just reading the manuals...definitely NOT
2) Can you 'FEEL' the car by just sharing other owners experience..definitely NOT
3) Can you 'FEEL' the car by watching Youtube of the car performance..definitely NOT

The point here is, WE HAVE TO SIT INTO THE CAR & DRIVE IT TO 'FEEL'..So are we clear here..We HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THE CAR first to EXPLAIN.

The next point :
1)How many CARs can you drive at the same time ??? Definitely its ONE...
Even thought you have the ALL THE BEST VEHICLE in the world, you can only drive ONE vehicle at ONE time to reach from point A to B.

So all I would like to stress here is SINGLE POINT OF FOCUS is always the BETTER than putting your legs in everything, under the name of multitasking. Many people talks about multitasking these days but for me, i'm completely not in favor of it.For my surprise, even Steve Job said this.."Do not multitask as it reduces your efficiency"

Like the example mentioned above, firstly we have to DECIDE which vehicle we want to use, than we have to USE the vehicle to drive, experience & move from one point to another.

Point 1 : YOU DECIDE YOUR CHOICE YOURSELF
As per the 'car' examples above, not all will like the car options which I chose. The above car options are "MY" options. Some might like 'NISSAN" & some might like "VOLVO" & some might like "ALFA ROMEO"
YOU have to decide on your choice and take it from there. Do something that gives you the "WOW" factor as that's feeling will keep you fueled throughout your journey. The feeling of 'Excitement' is the key and bare in mind that your choice might not be the same as your friends and colleagues that you hang out with. Its a tough decision but if you are in a ride that you don't like ,most likely you won't be able to enjoy the journey. The point here is ITS DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE.

Point 2 : GET INVOLVE
Once you have decided on what you want, just take action and get involved.Taking 'action' opens the path towards 'experience' and experience will lead you to wisdom.

So the main point here is,you have to find out

WHAT IS THAT ONE THING WHICH IS BURNING IN YOUR HEART?
HOW DO YOU WANT TO USE IT TO BENEFIT THE SOCIETY ?

Inspiration

INSPIRATION
Inspiration can come from anyone and everyone as GOD is in 'everyone' and 'anyone'. Is in the way you see it. If we choose to seek inspiration from the personality that we choose then we are limiting our options or radar of inspiration. If we see the world outside through GOD consciousness, then every single experiences becomes an inspiration. We have to understand the fact that the ‘Source’ that created us also create the ‘REST’. We call the ‘Source’ which is ‘GOD’ in different names but all these names leads to one energy. The energy that governs the whole mankind and creation, the energy which can’t be defined but only to be experienced.
So coming back to the topic inspiration, if we only open to seek inspiration from well known people, successful people, high achievers and well established people, from my point of view, we are limiting to radar of inspiration. As much as its true that we can learn from successful people, we can also learn from the people right beside us. The main point here is to only see the ‘positive’ part of everyone. Again, it all relies on the way you think and the way you perceive things. IF we stop being judgmental and start seeing everyone equally, every single experience in our life will become an inspiration. Most of the time we limit ourselves based on our own assumption. We think that we can only seek inspiration from the experienced, experts or elders but sometimes inspiring people are just at your door step. It can be your own mother, father, brother or even your pet !
A good example that I could think now is SIR RICHARD BRANSON.A multi billionaire cum philanthropy who has hundreds of company and owns an island. Initially he was running a successful record company, he started an airline company just because he experienced a poor service in one of the airline that he flew. Although he didn’t know anything about the airline industry, he moved ahead because of HIS INTUITION. Now is the important part…
He actually seeked advice from a person who actually had an airline business and when bankrupt. Now the question is HOW did a person who basically DON’T KNOW ANYTHING about the industry, seeked advice from a person who was practically BANKCRUPT and later succeeded tremendously in the same industry?
The key word here is, PLEASE DON’T BE JUDGEMENTAL. Open up your mind and heart. See everyone equally through the eye’s of GOD. It’s a little too technically, simply see everyone with LOVE. Try to focus on the positive part rather than the negative part. Don’t jump into conclusion based on other people’s input. Always ask yourself. The voice within you will always guide you without fail but most of the time we ignore it. The golden rule here is YOU must be convinced that your voice within is the voice of the DIVINE and you have to TRUST the direction that comes from it.

Internet vs innernet

INTERNET VS INNERNET

Let’s go with INTERNET first. I guess this is the primary medium of information and communication at the moment. Now days, everything seems to be online base. So lets take one step back and analyze the entire process of getting an information from internet. As usual, when we need to know about something, the first place we go is ‘Google’ or any other search engine with the similar capability. Before we go to ‘WHAT IS IN’ the online world, lets go the initial stage.
I’m sure you will remember the below screen shot .It’s is the front page of all the Google search engine. I’m sure all the other search engines will have the similar page. Now the question here is, WHY does GOOGLE, which has ample of information had to have an ‘initial page’, which request users to ‘type’ something to get a result. Why didn't they have a table to content as the front page. One of the main point here is the online world has endless information and the best part here is non of the world famous search engine, even GOOGLE, will be able to figure out WHAT YOU WANT? The only person who can figure out ‘What you want’ is YOURSELF!!! So when you are ‘googleing’ or searching for something, firstly you must be clear of what are you searching for. Once you type the details of which you want to search, in the initial search screen, all the details which is relevant to what you are finding will appear. The more specific you are, the more closer to will get to your expected search results. For example, if you type ‘movie’ in the search tab, you will have a whole list of search results which has the word ‘movie’ in it. If you are more specific such in terms of indicating the movie name, year or the actors name then you will be heading somewhere close to your search. The key word here is clarity in ‘What you want’. Now what we learnt so far is the basic of how to search information in Internet. Let’s relate the same example in our lives. I’m sure all of you are aware what ‘Intuition’ is. To put it in simple words, intuition is nothing but YOUR VOICE WITHIN.Some call it the "Inner-Net"

Albert Einstein once said that if he is given 1 hours, he will use 55 minutes to 'craft' the questions.Questions of which he seeks the answer from within. He had no one else to look upon but himself. Strangely Abraham Lincoln said the same things in different words. He said "If he is given 1 hour to chop down a tree, he will use 55 minutes to sharpen the axe"  What a wisdom...

So irony here is the voice within is always there to guide us,its just that how much we BELIEVE in it and how much we are CONVINCED that the voice within is the voice of GOD.

Now, I would like to share my personal experience on how I started to follow this 'voice within' concept.I have heard about this many times but most of the time I will doubt my own voice within. There were times which I followed my voice within but ended up in a mess.So how does it actually work ? If you voice within is GOD's voice, why isn't working for me ?
I was moving on with this in my mind for quite some time. The question is why does it work for some and doesn't work for the other? There is some missing link but what is it and who is going to teach me ? I realize when you have a yearning for something sincerely and with full heart, the universe will respond to you.In my case , the universe did respond me. While I was doing my research, googling and etc one of my sisters forwarded me this link (http://www.devasunlimited.com) and I listened to videos in it and that completely enlightened me on this particular topic of voice within. Here is the summarized version, based on my understanding, which worked well for me.When comes to voice within, there are 2 voices that exist. The voice of GOD/DIVINE and the voice of your EGO.The main compass which is used to justify the voice of DIVINE and the voice of your EGO this is your 'FEELING'.The whole world is pretty much driven by 'Feelings' and 'Emotions'
The irony here is when you say GOD, whats the feeling you get? Its a feeling of love, compassion and abundance. So when the voice within speaks and gives you a loving and a calm feeling, it is the VOICE OF DIVINE.If you end up with a feeling of fear, anger, anxiety and etc its basically the voice of your ego.The divine voice always sees everyone equally and doesn't let anyone down.So this is the way I identify the voice of divine and the voice of my ego.It works so far for me...Another point which I would like to highlight is,the voice of divine always gives very short and precise answers to the question that you ask and its almost on an immediate basis. This is based on my experience. And the best thing here is , you won't always here the answers that you expect !!! So EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED.

SO brothers and sisters, please explore and experience it...

DREAM BUILDING

Dear brothers and sisters,

This is a topic where many don't give importance. Most of us have dreams but these 'dreams' stay as thoughts because of lack of emotions and passion tied to our dream. DREAMS are basically our desired state or place that we want to be in future. It varies from material possession, happiness, health, corporate position..well it can be anything and everything. Its basically what you want. The one point I feel , which is always missing in DREAM BUILDING is the element of giving back to the society. Many have DREAMS but very few tie their DREAMs with the element of giving back to society and that's where things don't materialize as HOW its supposed to be. I think its very important for every human being in this world to have big dreams, if you don't you are basically under utilizing your capability. Its like having a FERRARI and driving it in 20km/hour...
Its doesn't make sense right!!!!

Most of us have dreams based on what we see, based on the fact that is imparted on us and based on advice from the experienced but lets rewind a little. How did people like Wright Brothers, Abraham Lincoln , Albert Einstein achieved or discovered the most innovative things in the history of mankind ? Did they refer to someone ? Definitely not..Did they Google it ? Definitely not..then how did they do it.

In my my opinion, the underlying principle behind all these astonishing achievements are their BELIEVE system. They BELIEVED in their DREAM without a single doubt despite of all the failures that they went through. Its wasn't an easy ride but all of them had one thing in common which is their BELIEVE towards their DREAM.

Next to their BELIEVE system is their DREAM itself. All these people which I mentioned above had a BIG DREAM which will give a massive impact to the society if its achieved. These DREAMS  were solely theirs, completely from within and not from someone else. These were the guys who lived hundreds of years back which they don't have technology to assist them. Its basically their 'thought' and the strong 'believe' towards their thoughts.

So what I learn from this is, one can DREAM of anything under the sun as there is no limits for your dreams and goals. It does not matter where you are right now, all that matters is WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE. The only thing that limits your DREAMS is your own mind or your thought. You can achieve anything you want if you really believe in it, breath it, feel for it day in and out and decide clearly and specifically WHAT you want and the most important element is HOW you are going to contribute back to the society once you achieve your dreams. This sort of mind set will put you in the state of 'allowing' where the cosmic energy will guide you from within. You don't have to know the "HOW"..You just have to be specific in WHAT YOU WANT, the rest will be guided by the divine from within. These are just underlying principles which I understood so far, I guess there are more to it, if you dive into it....

WHO AM I ?

WHO AM I ?
We are so used to describe ourselves based on
-What we have
-What we think we are
-What others think we are

WHAT WE HAVE
This is basically influenced by the asset or things that we have such as the car we drive, the job that we do, the house we stay, the clothing brand that we wear and so on. There might be more influential factor but these are the main points which I feel the most common ones that influences our thinking pattern. The irony here is these factors are not permanent and they change according to time. These are merely because of our thinking pattern which influenced by our own 'ASSUMPTIONS'.For example today you might think that by driving a big car you will be respected and etc but tommorrow you might think completely the opposite. These are all merely "ASSUMPTIONS".Its pretty much the mind
game. You have to be the master. As Bhagawan Shri Sathya Sai Baba said,"Be the MASTERMIND".What you think is what you become so the main gimic here is to 'disconnect' from these thoughts of yours or rather assumption of yours and connect to the divinity within. The question here is HOW?I will address this in the coming chapters.

WHAT WE THINK WE ARE
This is basically based on our thoughts of bringing our past experience in our current life and justify our future based on it.For example for those who had a very bad childhood, will some how have a sympathetic view of their ownself. This will lead to thoughts of being less deserving. So internally we decide in our mind that we dont deserve the best and we might have a strong emotion backing up this statement. So when you have a 'Thought' backed up with strong 'EMOTIONS',thats what you will attract. The Law of attraction materialises when
you have a THOUGHT & EMOTION tied to it.Another good example which I can think of is education. If you had bad exam results from your primary, secondary and college, more or less you will settle with a thought in mind that 'You are stupid' or 'You are not good in studies'.This is definately a wrong 'assumption' as there are many proven examples that did really bad in their school days and florish extremely well in their career. Some names to mention are SIR RICHARD BRANSON,STEVE JOB,BILL GATES and more.So again,WE ARE WHAT WE THINK so to make it simple why dont we just 'think good things' about ourselves. It makes  a whole lot of a difference.

WHAT OTHERS THINK YOU ARE
This is also pretty much based on our own assumption. We spend alot of time living for others or living as how others wants us to live.We live our lives based on other peoples experience. As much as its good to learn from other peoples experience,
its always mind blowing to explore and experience new things based on our own 'Intuition' alone. We sometimes tend to pretend to be someone else..We want to become like 'X' person or we want succeed like 'Y'.We tend to "Go with the flow" based on what the group around us think and what they wants us to be.This for many instance may be against of own intuitions. Here is a story based on my own experiece.I use to mix with alot of youth. Almost 99 percent of them are all football fan.To get things even complicated all of them are MU fans. So just to be part of the trend and the group I choose a football team as my favourite team and started supporting team. This thing didn’t last long. After a while i just lost interest in the topic and later i will just avoid being part of the 'football' conversation. Although sometimes i feel abit lost and lonely, i really enjoyed those moments because I wasn't engaging myself in something which I don't
like. On the other hand, I'm really crazy about auto show or car modification. I will loose myself each time i go through the auto show magazine and sometimes if I see a modified car on the road, I will just admire the car till it goes off from my side.
Caution: Something not to be done while you are driving.

The VOICE within

THE VOICE WITHIN
I think its really important to pave the path for everyone to understand & listen to the voice within. Most of the time we seek for motivation outside rather than inside us. We have inspirational figures, we have idles but than we got to understand the fact that all these are still "CREATIONS". We have to focus on the "CREATOR" not the "CREATION". I'm not telling that we should not have role models or etc but I think its important for us to realize & understand that GOD LIVES IN US.Lets go back to those days. Where did the WRIGHT BROTHERS get motivation ? Where did ALBERT EINSTEIN get his motivation. Was it from internet ?  Definitely not as the internet didn't exist that time round. Its purely 'INNER-NET'
We always tend to 'refer' to someone,'refer' to some else experience,'refer' to someone else's point and make it 'our' reality. The point I would like to stress here is "OTHER PEOPLES EXPERIENCE DON'T HAVE TO BE YOUR REALITY" If some one have been doing something for the past 10 year and its effective, its DOESN'T actually have to be your reality. You might have a better way.

GOD speaks to us daily, but the point here is how many of us really 'BELIEVE' that the voice within is GOD himself. We have to cultivate the "BELIEVE" in the voice within, which is GOD himself. Its not easy but its possible. Its about exploring 'Unknown' using the guide from the 'unknown'

My point here is "WE HAVE TO FOCUS ON THE CREATOR NOT THE CREATION". Spiritual journey is an individual journey. We might have 10 people in a group, but not all will like 'Pasta'..some will like Pizza & some BREAD..You guys get what I mean.

The way I see it, the 'Need of the hour'  is NOT ADDRESSING THE ISSUES WHICH IS HAPPENING AROUND US" ,the 'Need of the hour' is to UNDERSTAND WHO WE REALLY ARE,WHAT'S YOUR CALLING & HOW YOU WANT TO SERVE MANKIND.

The royal path of understanding WHO YOU ARE is MEDITATION.I would personally recommend this but again, the choice is yours

Leadership

As for me the game Badminton portrays a great leadership principles. Let take a badminton player as an example. In order to play the game effectively and efficiently, a badminton player should move all around the court and not stay put in one area waiting for the shuttle cock to come to him/her. There are many moves in the badminton such as drop shot, long shot, rally, net play and the most glamorous move, which is SMASH. So as a badminton player, can he/she choose which moves he/she want to do ? Can the player just choose to SMASH just because it’s a glamorous move or can he choose to play only drop shot or net play ? Definitely NOT right because as a badminton player you have to use all these moves to actually return back the shuttle cock to the opponent and ofcourse to win the game. If you observe a badminton player properly, during the game, especially singles, you would realize that no matter where the player moves, be it a long shot or a drop shot or rally or even Smash, the player will always come to the middle of the court. It pretty much like no matter where the player moves, he/she will always come back to the ‘source’ (middle) to take control of the game. Now let’s see how does this games principles reflects as a leadership principle. As a leader, we can’t choose to be in only one position as per our wish. For an example we can’t only choose to be in front , like drop shot, or we can choose to only motivate from behind, like long shot or we can’t only choose to take the glamorous role such as smashing all the time. Like the badminton player, a leader should be an all rounder, he should be in the front when needed, he should be at the back and motivate others, he should be consistent like the ‘rally’ phase in badminton and he should also be the driving factor or when needed he should take the glamorous role such as ‘smashing’ in badminton. So what I’m trying to say here is , same as the badminton player, a leader should not limit himself to be in certain respective area alone but should be in the right place when need arise. You have to do any task selflessly and willingly. To put it in a simpler way, as a leader, you should move all around the court, sometimes drop shot, sometimes long shot, sometimes smash & etc. The point here is, we should not sit in one place and expect the rest to get sorted by itself. The underlying principle of any task you take should be out of LOVE and WILLINGNESS. Anything done out of obligation will never go far. Once you have the LOVE element there, you will automatically take responsibility willingly. That willingness will lead you to take ownership of certain task and that attitude of taking the ownership will lead to think in all areas to make sure the task is completed successfully. This will automatically put you in a ‘bird eye view’

Goal setting : GPS method

Dear brothers and sisters, this is the most common and important topic addressed by most of the personal growth guru's such as John Assarof, Joe Vitale, Bob Proctor, Vishen Lakiani and the "All time" guru Napolean Hills.

So what is GOAL SETTING actual? Its your desired state. Its a place that you want to be in future, its something that you want to have or achieve, something better than what you are right now and this is solely based on your own justification.
As for me, GOAL SETTING is an individual process and its a very 'personalise' act or decision. Its nothing to do with public, your past or your current status or anyone for the matter.Well you can be inspired by someone but end of the day YOU have to decide on what you want.It all boils down to one clear question..."What you want?" Napolean hill said this way back,"Whatever your mind can conceive it CAN be achieved" so basically there is no limit to what you want and what you can achieve. It all relies on your believe system. Its relies on how much you believe in yourself that one day you will achieve your goals. If you set a GOAL in a paper for 'namesake' and internally in your mind you tell yourself that this is 'not possible'...'I don't deserve it'....and etc its not going to work as the GOALS that you set and your heart has to be aligned.Basically the miss alignment between your heart and your goals simple reflects that you don't believe in your self that you will achieve your goal.If you yourself don't believe in your goals, who else will?

As per my understanding, the ground rule of achieving whatever you want is to have 'Your thought, word and deed' aligned. You don't say something, think something and do something else.
There are many methods to define goal setting. The simple method which I would like to propose is the GPS method. But before we go into the method, you have to believe that "Whatever your mind can conceive it can be achieved" as the source that created you, created me as well.

Ok now, let me explain what is this "GPS" method. As all of you know GPS is a device to give you route directions. So when you want to get direction to certain area, what would you do? You will type the 'EXACT' address of your desired destination and once you press the button 'Get direction' the GPS will show you HOW to get to your desired destination through the nearest route possible. This only happens when you are "SPECIFIC" in where you want to go and type the exact address in the GPS. The key word here is specific.Assuming the address that you want to reach is 5, Love street, Passion Garden, 5000, Divine district, Malaysia.
Would you be able to get to your desired location if you only type 'Divine district' or 'Passion garden' or 'Love street'...? Definitely NOT because when you only type 'Passion Garden' the whole list of locations with the name of Passion Garden will appear. There might be hundreds of Passion garden in this world but you want to go to the Passion garden in Malaysia so the key word again is "Being specific"
So apply the same method here, when you are setting your goals for the year you have to be really 'specific' in what you want.Assuming your goal of this year to have extra money in your bank.If you write down your goal as "I WANT MONEY"most likely you will fall to the opposite direction of achieving your goal as your goal is very generic or 'high level'.The missing element here in the HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WANT...By WHEN...in WHICH BANK ACCOUNT and the most important thing is WHY you want the money and HOW MUCH you want to contribute back. Napolean hills said that, there is no such thing as 'Something for nothing'.You always must have the element of giving back to the society in all your desires.

So as for the above example, the statement "I WANT MONEY" can be best translated to "Its 23.11.2015 today and I have RM 500,000 in my SAI bank account of which I will contribute RM 250,000 for charity namely feeding the poor and education fund for the poor
Well this is a little bit that I know in goal setting.
